agree it is vague. imo, maybe intentionally ? I note the sophisticated investors mentioned in the blurb too. I often wonder who took and who takes the surplus offerings ? we are told sophy investors but then when the price falls after who gets caught out ? remember the old pump and dump tactics some use ?
on balance, imo, I read it as the report is written and analysed by miningboom and paid for by their clients. who actually does the analysis I am not sure but some older data shows thro, most of which I have seen around for many a long time in different publications.
