This Management had us on a freefall spin for a very long time. This company's shares were worth upwards of $6 once upon a time, and they have done extremely well is seeing that our sp has been reduced to pennies and now into Administration. In the meantime they have never faulted on getting/claiming their yearly increased emoluments.
I remember expressing my concerns about our position via a letter to the big Honcho Man after receiving the notice of and Agenda for the upcoming AGM, that was only replied by the Company Secretary telling me how good they were and that they were doing a very good job on lifting our share price at the time.
When I replied to him that he seemed to forget what the sp was once upon a time, and that he intentionally failed to address that part, and that the emoluments and options were way above board for what they had achieved for the shareholders, and simply not worth it, He never bothered to reply anymore.
I saw it coming as it was bound to happen. Silly of me though, I continued to hold in hope. By being in it since it was well over the $6 mark, I was just hoping that one day, maybe one day.... things were to turn around.
IMHO, This mob could not run a chook raffle in a pub on a friday night.
