He upgraded as director of a $37.32 million company to Chairman of a $1.45 billion company (I'm assuming) with a commensurate wage increase. Definitely a better opportunity. Hell, if I was in that position I would too, regardless of how much I believed in the company.
It's all good to be critical of a company, but think there should be a little bit of balance/logic in the critique.
