I AM NOT,NEVER HAVE BEEN,OR WILL BE STOCKHOLDER IN EHL!.

I'm a big fan of the business model renting large trucks & earth moving vehicles to blue chip miners (which they have many as advised)with established & or new mines, considering Australia is a big commodities player on the world scene.

So,ive been watching this company since listing and decided i'd make a 'one off' special trip last week to attend their AGM to hear and see for myself some explanation of the past performance and board changes.

The fact it was at the Sydney Hilton was a bonus!plus I was able to do it on the cheap via JS & VB.

For a top 300 company it was not well attended,i was surprised,shareholders had clearly voted with their absence by staying away!

The company has underperformed,it hasn't fully plugged the haemorragging occurring at board level something which might be of concern to currrent holders but executive/board level position exits have been well documented in accordance with asx listing rules but not much colour was provided at the AGM as for reason of sudden departures of some others as advised.

The company is also undertaking the exit or divestment of the small truck business and a review of some overseas operations in light of performance and currency impact.

The AGM was well presented by all concerned.

My view of the company given the current performance,the focus which i sense is more on the australian/asian business and given the recent changes at board level,I see EHL as vulnerable to a potntial takeover.

Their(the whole company)mission if they choose to accept it is to quickly turn the company around put the runs on the board where it matters most in terms of + eps,ebit & npat and set the company up to take adavantage of the next bull market in commodities.
