Don't forget that AOE's sp was higher than the $4.45 they are offering now, around September last year. (From memory I think it reached better than $4.50).

So, all in all, if one consider what they are giving us now, is a little less than way back when (probably intentionally manipulated down by someone acting on their behalf), and some pies in the sky with the one share in the new AOEI venture.

Not very much if one consider the current offer/situation.

I will wait for a better offer, or better still I'd be very happy if we go it alone with the LNG plant, plus the power generation and the pipelines.
