    Buddy,
    Having over 100,000 AOE shares, should the deadline pass and Shell wins the majority of votes for the T/O at $4.70/share, what happens to my 100,000 AOE shares? I'm assuming I get $4.70 for each share I own, and what I'm left with is 100,000 Dart shares. Does this sound right?
