Appreciate your comments on management - having had a closer look it looks like the Minerva people you are referring to are very much Non-exec/Corporate governance types. Clearly their track record is pretty awful, but it does not look like they're making day to day decisions about the business, which I'd obviously be far more concerned about. With so many projects, like many others I remain hopeful there is merit in one of them!
