Can't remember now, think I read it in a broker newsletter. With these days information overload, just not possible to remember everything. However, where there is smoke, there is fire. Insider trading is probably more wide spread than we will ever know. That is one main reason why chartists trade breakouts. When the news is released, the price would have run so far that it is way too late to buy.
