arrow falls for higher bid - accepted, page-19

This is too cheap...... when compared to takeover of PES etc this seems to be a ludicrous offer....... Obviously there is an issue with shell having rights over 30% of reserves and a 50% option on AOEI......this is probably enough to deter any rival bidders coming forward.....I get the feeling the Chiefs at Arrow have always known they would eventually sell to Shell......all a well constructed plan if you ask me.
