From memory, originally the 20% of Apollo gas owned by AOE was going to be retained by Shell, and sold out to the highets bidder.

AOE was only going to retain the Overseas Interests. Hence why AOEI.

Now though, it appears that AOE is retaining some of the Australian Interest as well (NOT MENTIONED BEFORE). And that to me is only happening in order to appease the disgruntled retail shareholders who have openly stated that they will not vote in favour of the sale of AOE to Shell, BECAUSE OF THE VERY LOW BALL-PARK OFFER, and the clouds surrounding the deal.

IMHO, there is more to it than eye can meet, and most importantly we are not told what is and has been going on behind the scene. One minute we have huge resources. We are going to get the LNG out before anyone else can. We had MOU's to sell the LNG already. We had the whole World opened upon us to go ahead and possibky be another WPL, etc. etc. and then.... WE sell out for a very low value per gigajule. IMHO, possibly the lowest on record, lol.

How can it be that one minute we own the World, and the next we are not worth anything.??? That begs an answer.

Why all of a sudden AOE is promoting the good results from these ventures outside of AOE now, when they never did anything of the kind before...???? THAT BEGS AN ANSWER AS WELL...!!!

And what the good is it to us to have a 20% JV with someone else, when we had 100% of the gas in place from the 70% of the tenements we originally owned..?? Shell, after all only owned 30% of the tenements. NOT THE GAS ON THE REST. The gas was always ours to do what we wanted, I believe.

No. IMHO AOE has to come out and explain to us, as to why they sold out AOE at such ridiculous price. That is what we want. A full explanation with a report from each Director's individual opinions of the matter. Especially the Independent Directors. After all, that's what they are there for.

And not a report from an expert, who is paid to prepare a report along the lines required, by the people who payd him in the first place. I have seen that happen before as well. Think about it.
