That's what I mean, they are offering big biscuits for Armstrong at awd by way of incentives, so I expect they are after some serious input by Armstrong, can't see how he would have all this time on his hands, if Txn was cashed up and after the next big oil play, maybe awd is now after that next big play.
Anyway if it is a share buy out they would need to offer a price that shareholders would agree to in a vote, they can have mine for $1.25
