Anyone notice Armstrong is non executive chairman of another...

Anyone notice Armstrong is non executive chairman of another small oiler awd. They made the announcement today, why would one sit in such a senior position in another company that are both oil and gas exployers. Maybe the deal is for a takeover of Txn and he has been looking for a new job for a while. Doubt these deals happen over night where you get a position that senior. Pretty good pay or at least potential pay.

Anyway just me guessing and nothing to back it up other than the announcement by awd today.
