This bodes well for the speed program. The results are clearly there that they can hang their hat upon. Other governors will take notice.
They have a had a nice string of announcements lately. I hope you have gotten to take advantage of the sp increase. I know some of you are on the sidelines with legitimate concerns. It appears the management we have is the one we are going to have. If they can keep this up I will drink the kool-aid and become a believer.
Nestor and ACS are about done for and it will really just be RDF and ATS winning the bulk of the contracts. While it will be interesting to see how much gets to the bottom line, I think plenty, the volume is sure staggering as of lately. Now, if they could just install all these in a timely fashion the future looks very nice. Once the cities start to ask for speed.....
