I am a long time holder of Andean. Interesting to see that the government (Argentinian) has just announced that AND is to develop the mine and production is to be 300,000 oz pa. Although this is not surprising, it is surprising that the govt is reporting this and company has not announced this to ASX. I expect this to be positive news for the SP as it shows, whatever else, that the govt is supporting the mine and seems keen to get it moving.
