whether Arete public or not, any entity or person have to give a substantial holder anns when they reached to 5% or over. No substantial holder anns is received so far.

10% of company shares makes 35m shares as the shares on issue is 355m. 

No it's not possible either, See the volumes done in terms of weeks (data from Comsec).

In the weeks of Feb. only ~20m shares were sold/bought. 
(This week was huge; 11m)

The total in January was about 6.3m. (nearly half of this week)
