Hi team, long time holder first time poster. I have been thinking about these comments over the weekend and the only conclusion I can come to is one of the following;
Arete have bought on market over the last 2 weeks to gain a 10% holding (unsure if volume makes that possible)
Arete being a private firm aren't governed by the same rules as public companies (or they know the loopholes to prolong disclosure)
OR
Arete and UBS are possibly much more connected than anyone thought.......
Pure speculation, would like to know though!
Keep up the good work guys, this is one of the better watches on HC.
