totally agreed that anything less $2 cash is opportunistic. really hope that minority shareholders can make a difference this time.
why do VUL shareholders want to hold PDN anyway? it's a lot lot easier for VUL than PDN to make a double here. we are talking about 2 different kinds of investors!
VUL has always been THE most undervalued uranium stock, that's probably becasue of its small free float/liquidity (otherwise, there is no way you would want to hold SMM instead of VUL if you bother to do some simply maths). Now that it finally comes under the spotlight, hope more people would look at this stock and the liquidity would pick up.
i think RSG must need the cash badly to accept a scrip offer like this. they need to sell the PDN shares on the market instead of getting the cash directly.
