re: pdns above market premium I dont think Vul's price would be much different if there wasnt an offer on the table, from memory price was around $1.20 when offer was announced so an extra 10% is more or less in line with other U moves.

Vul could be sitting on around 70 million pounds of U in Qld and at Bigrlyi, two of the most advanced deposits not currently mined in Australia, times that by A$70 per pound, add the vanadium and other credits, also other good U ground, $5mil cash, that is why I wont be letting mine go at fire sale prices...and I hope more than 50% agree.........cheers
