Wasn't he supposed to be the local that was going to open doors for us. Not a bad pay check for the last two years, whilst not having to produce anything. Still, he's is not on his own there, is he?

Wonder if the landowner who sold us his piece of ground is still laughing, and his distant cousin up the road, where we have now decided to drill (if?) is now wringing his hands in anticipation.

There's not going to be much left of that 3.9 million, after we buy his land, and pay for the drill

I also assume that the 3.9 mill in the bank includes the security bond?
