either way, Quest can not survive another CR. its out of the question. a CR would have to be done at $0.001 meaning we need to issue 1 billion shares to make $1 mil.

with already 2.9 on offer that's a 25% increase for money that would be lucky to last 6 months. and who would actually buy those shares? we'd be lucky to fill the placement.
