Yes I agree but can I add another thing. If a (IMO) cost effective and scalable project such as the ProteanWEC was rejected by ARENA in favour of something such as the OPT project which spent $288 million in feasibility with $66.5 million from ARENA to find out their project wasn't cost effective, I'd be angry as an Australian taxpayer. I would think that ARENA funding shouldn't be for obvious pipedreams and this in another reason I think that the Protean WEC would and should be funded by ARENA.

I'll be asking about this at the AGM on the 30th and I'm not going to let it rest.
