I just want to add here based on what PT had mentioned.
If you hold any more than a couple hundred thousand shares or have a reasonable conviction that the company is heading in the right direction, in my opinion it is important that if you plan on increasing your holding, we do it via the SPP/CR.
The impact of the company being recapitalised and or oversubscribed will have a much greater effect on the value of your holdings than buying a few percentage points cheaper and picking up shares from traders or weak hands.
I do want to mention here though that I think the best thing management could do for the shareholders and its SP right now is to reconsider the con-note renegotiation, to go back to the holders and explain that their notes are less than 5% of the outstanding and they should take it on the chin, which will immediately boost the share price as a vote of confidence in the technology, management, and capital raising.
I think it'd be a good idea if all of us write to management in support of such a move and or offer reasonable solutions.
Cheers and DYOR.
