I'm not sure what you see as light and medium minerals, and pentlandite and pyrrhotite can be hard to differentiate. But just in this case, look more holistically at all the core trays with your browser zoom x300% and that will probably give a better characterisation of the mineralisation compared to focussing on specks here and there.
