I wonder if boa used the same drilling co as sir did...that picture of the rig in the west the other day sure did look the same...if so then the driller would of seen hundreds of metres of MS and would be able to compare it with what he's seeing in the boa hole. Also another interesting point to make is 6 months ago the new phone tower went in 5km away at Nova which means these blokes Geo/drillers all have phone and Internet reception...my confidence levels in confidentiality are next to zero.
Fella's any nickel Geo worth a pinch of poo should be able to distinguish between pentlandite and pyrrhotite...then when all else fails you use the Olympus XRF gun cos nitons are sheet anyway. Not every geo has worked on massive sulphide deposits and for your uber driver/Geo mate to tell you that's it's Nickel or can't say either way is probably a pretty good summation of why he is out of work and driving a taxi...
it's majority is all iron sulphides which apart from making good magnets carry sweet FA of anything else in it
