This is another perspective the index is made up of 40 axs stocks you're seeing the top 20 ranked by value safety and trend its is showing similarities of the LIT index it is finding some traction at the 200ma the chart is based on weekly data so is fairly robust the RT is below 1.00 and needs a trend up or break resistance above .08 the macd is coming of some low ground and rising again following the narrative of rally 2017 and oversupply fears sell of 2018 and demand picking up and Realization of slow supply looking for 2019 early 2020 turn around

hope this adds some perspective letting the charts tell the story so far so good
