Legal obligation ace is all around what’s considered material. In the case where only 13 holes (out of 100) hit basement, the remaining 87 holes are to be drilled, those holes are on the fringe of the target area, and the rest of the assay program will still be underway as samples are sent to the lab then it’s debatable what constitutes material. Obvious results of highly anomalous material or potential ore grade intersections - yes without a doubt have to be released. Slightly anomalous or less and not really changing the currently understood situation where more drilling and assays are underway - well...... is that material? Does it change the share price? Probably not.
