We wait in anticipation that the other 3 jv's with EDC will be set in concrete. In the meantime the sp is dwindeling to quite low levels. Is this being pushed down by the biggies or are we just caught up in some outgoing tide.
Below 5c is a great buying opportunity for me. Just wish I knew which other one to sell in oredr to buy hrl.
