i have not had a thorough look but i dont like it for cqt holders and whilst i see some debate about your post i think overall it is good and i agree with the sentiments especially. quick look by muggins me and i think cqt have the better assets cotributing and certainly some more good hits released since this booklet preparation too i believe.

another point is the 33% held by newcrest - it is neither here nor there and it will create uncertainty - they should have made it 19% or 50 or 51% - i suggest newcrest doesnt want the 51% and the others didnt have the money to take their interest lower!
