Yes Jezza, Your shares will still exist. Not sure what you'll do with them though.
Also worth mentioning that a little time on the internt reveals one of the newly appointed directors was a former managing director of Global Nickel which then rebadged to Global Metals, and is from the same general stable as Proto.
Maybe the DOCA is not as fresh a start as one might think. As always though - DYOR.
