well done guys, looks a great deal IMO.

Im more talking aloud here but EXS recently signed off with copperchem a tidy royalty deal, Soul Pattersons are majority owners of copperchem, and also large holders of EXS, that deal has helped EXS share price nicely during these deals with Xstrata whilst giving copperchem plenty of needed ore for their new processing facilities, so it was a perfect piece of investors/companies working together, scratch my back type thing before singing up to Xstrata??

And to assist in stopping Xstrata potentially getting into EXS cheaper or too cheap??

If this was the case, then well done EXS board even more.

Any idea's where it leaves IVA?
