    Ok - my overall point was that you asked a question and I did a bit of research, and I contacted the Company to provide you with the answer - so it wasn't an "opinion" I was offering but rather the answer that you were looking for. I just didn't appreciate your attitude when I obviously went to some effort to answer your question.

    Now - is it a low-ball offer??? Possibly! However I would like to see an in-depth valuation to arrive at this - but certainly any offer is subject to a discount on a time-value-money basis.
