Sorry JGPM, the market does not react on telephone calls.

Don't get me wrong here, you may indeed be right (and I personally don't doubt you on what you are saying here, and for everyones sake I hope you are right on this), but until it (a dividend) is formally announced (confirmed) to the market it is currently heresay.

So unless anyone has seen a formal ASX announcement to ASX of .28 cent per share the effect (risk) on the share price has been factored in here.
