With the exception of one Councillor who is a successful businessman, the rest of council is full of hacks who quite literally cant run a chook raffle.
The Council has been so far from active with the project its quite sad. Frankly, their lack of enthausiasm is more relative to their lack of knowledge and ability than their disapproval.
Problem with outback Councils is they are full of managers who couldnt make it anywhere else, and cockies wives who are bored at home.
