Hi, if someone wouldnt mind could they please explain how and when the 20 mil shares @ 20c will be allotted.

As a shareholder will i be able to purchase some of these shares?

If i am unable to take up any, who does and how does it benefit me as a shareholder if someone is given shares @ 20c when i paid 34c on market?

I roughly estimate the current EV at 6.94 mil
15.66m/c
3.7 m cash
5.02 m worth of shares in RAD

Im probably wrong but i thought ide give it a go.
