Correct me if I'm wrong here, buy Bolton's holding in BCS is via Australian Style Investments PTY LTD...that is, a private company with limited liability. I'm guessing, but presumably ASI is a $2 company. If there are no other assets held by ASI, ASI could be persued for the unpaid instalments, but I would suggest to no avail. Can't see how BCS could go after Bolton personally for any unpaid installments, as ASI would be a seperate legal entity to Bolton. I'm no lawyer, but that's my amaturish understanding. What do others think?
