    Sorry, just to further clarify how far off the mark you are here try and follow this time line;

    Sept 3, bcsca state they will pay a dividend of 5.95 cents

    Oct 30, bcsca state they will no longer be paying the dividend.

    Nov 24, nick bolton becomes a major shareholder at $.001

    Do you see the problem here in your "theory".
