I wonder how the QLd Govt will behave in all this. They just had an election so they can play hardball themselves -sue Brisconnections if there is a wind up.
Still, assuming there is no negotiated outcome, I cant see how Bolton can win this unless the Courts prevents Maccas from voting with their stake...
