I like the column's approach to evaluating investment opportunities. My super fund is a lot richer by acting on a tip from Tim Boreham. So I am avid reader of Tim's tips. He has this one as a speculative buy and it might be worth a punt.

Looking at the history of this company, there has not been much action so far. Recent 12c is the highest in 2 years.

The investment prospects for this company?
Wealthy Chinese like investing in the real estate.
So it really depends how rubbery the figures in the presentation are. There is not much detail and so you have to take them on trust. But even if it costs a lot more to build and receive lot less in sales, the figures still look spectacular.

There is also a mention of capital raising, do not know the terms at this stage.
