I really don't see how this would help liquidity, which weems to be the major drag on the share price. Having an extra zero at the end of my holding would not make me more likely to trade.
What this company needs with more shareholder communication (maybe a presentation, or a website that does not look like it was designed in the 1990s).
Altearnatively they could no a capital raising to try and get new shareholders onto the register. However, this would also require details of how the funds used are being put to use. At the moment, it just seems like they are sitting on a pile of cash with no communication of interntion to return an to shoreholders.
