The author may not realise PDN is under administration or be aware of the formation of Areva NewCo. The same mob were hyping a uranium revival last year and earlier this year. The real low spot price was not mentioned, nor is the current stockpile taken into account. In situ leaching is relatively cheap and the infrastructure can be set up for around $10M where the ore body suits this method of production. The many years of delay are not applicable for such producers. However, I am all for hyping the product.
