I would have to say yes.
Now to temper this a bit, KEY don't have the prime real estate so aren't as attractive as BRU although our market cap is much much lower.
BRU & NSE have greater exposure in nett acreage than KEY has however KEY's EP438, compared to NSE's permits, would be cheaper to exploit due to it's location, the Goldwyer Formation is at a shallower level and it is in the oil window.
Also when comparing the drilling results for Nicolay #1 vs Cyrene #1 KEY's well showed better overall results although neither flowed gas or oil to the surface.
A benefit to KEY as a takeover target is that we are not tied to any large companies at this stage, eg BRU with Mitsubishi or NSE to Conoco Phillips.
