We have been waiting for months while this buyback goes on, so I have had plenty of time to think about this. As have the rest of you - I was hoping to get some more comments.
Did you read my post? For the TL;DR , it doesn't matter whether there is a blocking stake or not. The 90% threshold is for takeover, not delisting. The takeover has closed and the intention to delist has been announced.
I don't know how many shares the 5 have, individually or through nominees; and I don't know what Ytrewq meant when he talked about shareholder manipulation - which is why I say at the beginning of my post that I am speculating. Isn't that what we are all doing here in ASX microcaps...speculating?
