All sorts of fraud with these people. Many of them come in on a tourist visa, overstay and are never caught. Many come in on student visas, they can't put together a simple English sentence, yet call themselves students; how they pass the IELTS is beyond me.
Very few have any qualifications to speak off; they just have money because they come from rich farming families in India. Do you remember puneet puneet? Many many like him all over the place.
Were they skilled migrants, from what I have observed, no. Did they gain PR ... yes via fake colleges and all sorts of nonsense; marriage scams etc.
It's ridiculous!
