One thing to remember is that in just the same way a lot of investors who go long don't know what they are doing, there are a lot of shorters who are guessing too.

AAD possibly looks like an easy short in that they are counting on news/reports to drag it down further. however it is entirely possible that the current state of play has already been baked into the SP ... in which case maybe the SP ain't going anywhere and any slightly positive news would cause an epic short squeeze!
