Mitta, The vastly-experienced MD of a mining company in WA (client of mine - not related to mining) said to me some years ago (knowing that I held shares in a company subject to a take-over), "Never sell shares in a take-over company at the first offer. In all the years I've been running companies, I've always seen other offers pile up on the table - at higher offer prices."

I'm in and heeding his advice. I'm waiting to see what transpires.

Just one thought; any offer has got to be above NPV which is - I believe - somewhere around the mid-fifties. If the offer is serious, this thing has some way to go.
