i should have defined "way out of sync" i guess
there was a time where I used to follow it quite a bit but not anymore.
0.5% is a lot if you are trading it algorithmically
I have seen it out by a lot more as much as 1%, but it doesnt last long.
if you are placing trades at those extremes you are making the difference in both ways(up and down)
