Hi Earlyandadel,
I believe outstanding money which makes up the majority of Arasor's debt problems has been paid to Arasor from ITI Limited. Read some of my earlier posts however information that can be freely obtained from the ITI limited website or intranet site indicates that this is the case.
I don't think this information, which I also provided to the Adelaide now journalist Russell Emerson, was reported in his article for one reason or another however the info I obtained and the comments from Reg Bancroft in Russels's article would seem to indicate that there is money to pay debts hence why I think ITI has paid up some or all.
I have also reported this to ASIC and had discussions with them and I can only think from their non action that the company may survive. Once again, another however! why ARR need to the end of Janaury after reading the comments from Reg puts a a question on my assumptions.
In regards to the Pattersons analyst, I had a question put to him on your money your call, the Foxtel 602 channel and he basically fobbed it off as some you win some you loose....which is true.
I think we all just have to wait now. If ARR survives, a buy out from the joint venture would be good, I would take 20cents a share!
