pain in the proverbial. Being all holed up in the same office with Westgold doesn't help. One would hope that others in the area such as RMS are aware of the situation/resources and seriously eying this baby off. I think an UNRELATED party takeover is about all that would put a rocket under the shareprice atm. Maybe your reasoning is why they are pretty blaze about this supposed JV claim under the Fingall, it's a pretty material unresolved issue.
