You're right but unfortunately $900 million is a lot of cash and who will allow a $60 million company to borrow that much? It doesn't help that the share price is so low and I think Lynas' history of almost going under doesn't bode well for rare earth mining CR. It reminds me of getting my first loan to buy shares when I was 19 - no bank would give me anything until I had a credit record but how can I get a credit record if no one will give me a loan?
