The only bit i didn't like was the selling off of fifty percent of company.
I always feel that borrowing is the best way to go, if there are no cost blowouts, and ARU know how much is needed to be borrowed with no sudden unexpected costs appearing.
ARU would then payout their loan over a few years and then continue onto other projects while working
Nolan's.
